Hourly personal training sessions are best if you want to take each goal at a time. Set it, reach it and set the next, All whilst working at your own pace. It is all based on how often you want to train and what you aim on achieving throughout your time training with me.
1-1 sessions are also ideal if you plan on starting and continuing a long and successful journey with me, helping to achieve your goals and to set new ones along the way.
The pricing for 1-2-1 hourly sessions are shown below:
1-2-1 one hour - £40
1-2-1 one hour x5 - £190 (saving £10)
1-2-1 one hour x10 - £360 (saving £40)
